Self Defense for Senior Citizens 55+

Event Description: 

Find out how what you carry in your purse and items you have around your home can help to protect you in the event you are attacked. We will also learn seven low impact basic self-defense techniques using your body. In today’s world, the elderly are an easy target for crime. Come learn how to empower and protect yourself. Everyone please wear loose fitting comfortable clothes. This is a hand’s on class for Seniors 55 years of age or older only – no children allowed. Our presenter is Kathy Newell who has her BS in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Law Enforcement Administration. There will be handouts.
