Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve mental and physical wellbeing. Tai Chi helps reduce stress and increase balance and flexibility. Join us for: a DVD based introduction to Tai Chi featuring six basic core movements links to local programs for those interested in adding Tai Chi to their healthy lifestyle. Free to the public.
