Chair yoga offers you the ability to improve your health through an amazing form of adaptive yoga poses. You are supported by a chair so you can receive yoga's healing and restorative benefits that have been known for thousands of years. Yoga relaxes your body and mind, improves your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and elevates your overall health and well-being.
We'll be doing a variety of stretch and reaches, oiling the joints and standing tall sequences. If you cannot stand - not to worry all standing poses can be altered to do in the chair.
Come join us and have fun moving your body. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.
